Depending on your location and the processing involved, you may have rights to be informed, access a copy, correct inaccurate data, erase data, restrict processing, receive portable data, object, withdraw consent, and avoid certain solely automated decisions.
These rights are not absolute. For example, we may retain limited transaction information where law, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal claims require it. We will explain any limitation that applies to your request.
Make a request
Use the signed-in Privacy & data page or email privacy@1990.company. Tell us what you want us to do and which account is affected. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or full payment details.
We may ask you to verify control of the account. We aim to respond within the period required by applicable law; GDPR requests are generally answered within one month, subject to permitted extensions for complex requests.

Applicable export and deletion requests are forwarded to connected game services and our email system. Creem remains responsible for requests concerning data it controls as Merchant of Record; you can also contact Creem directly through its privacy notice or customer portal.
Complaints and appeals
Contact us if you believe a request was handled incorrectly. If the GDPR applies, you may also complain to the data protection authority where you live, work, or where you believe an infringement occurred. Other regional privacy regulators may offer similar complaint routes.
