Credits & Refund Policy

Credits purchases are optional. Each one-time top-up pack is 50 Credits for US$5, including applicable taxes where required, and one checkout may contain 1–200 packs. The checkout shows the Credits quantity, any tax amount, final total, and payment method before confirmation. Creem is the Merchant of Record, charges the payment method, and issues the invoice.

TtokDoku is fully playable without purchases. If another game requires a purchase for specific content, its game page will say so before checkout.

Email support@1990.company with your Play account email and Creem order reference. Do not send full card or bank details. We aim to acknowledge purchase-support and refund requests within three business days.

We generally approve a request made within 14 days when the purchased Credits and resulting game items have not been used. We review used or partially used purchases under applicable consumer law, the circumstances of the purchase, and Creem checkout terms. Your mandatory statutory rights are not reduced by this policy.

Approved full or partial refunds are requested through Creem, which handles payment refunds and chargebacks as Merchant of Record. Bank posting time depends on the payment method and region; Creem currently states that card refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days.

EU withdrawal rights and any exception for immediately supplied digital content are presented and handled through the checkout flow and applicable law. Contact us if the checkout information did not match what you received.

Refunded Credits are removed from the purchased lot. If some were already spent, the missing amount becomes refund debt and further Credits spending pauses. A later purchased top-up settles that debt first; promotional Credits never settle refund debt.

A disputed payment may pause related Credits while Creem and the payment provider review it. If a payment completed but Credits did not arrive, contact support before starting a chargeback so we can investigate delivery.
