1990Company operates 1990 Play and the participating games identified on this site. Its business address is 601, 7, Cheonjung 1-gil, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea. Contact support@1990.company for service and purchase support.

These terms apply when you browse Play, create an account, use 1990 Credits, buy an optional digital product, or launch a participating game.

You must be legally able to accept these terms. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, use the service only with that permission. Mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply.

A Play account connects your verified email, Credits, supported purchases, consent choices, and privacy requests. Games run on their own sites and remain responsible for their own progress, rewards, leaderboards, and item grants.

Keep access to your verified email secure. Tell support promptly if you believe your account or a purchase has been used without permission.

1990 Credits are a limited digital balance for optional items only in participating games owned and operated by 1990Company. They are not for third-party games, are not money, cannot be transferred between people, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Purchased Credits do not expire. Promotional Credits may have separate eligibility and expiry terms shown when granted.

A game item is granted only after Play verifies the entitlement and the game records the grant. Games remain playable without a purchase unless a game page clearly says otherwise.

Play, participating games, artwork, software, text, and other service content are owned by or licensed to 1990Company and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer where prohibited, remove rights notices, or commercially exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it or we give written permission.

Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) is the Merchant of Record and contractual seller for purchases completed through its checkout. Creem collects payment, calculates applicable sales tax or VAT, issues the invoice, and handles payment refunds and disputes. Creem Buyer Terms also apply at checkout.

Each one-time top-up pack is 50 Credits for US$5, including applicable taxes where required, and one checkout may contain 1–200 packs. The checkout shows the Credits quantity, any tax amount, and final total before you pay. Returning from checkout never grants Credits by itself; Play adds Credits only after a verified payment event from Creem.

Do not interfere with other players, automate abusive requests, evade security controls, exploit payment or reward flows, or attempt to obtain Credits or items without authorization.

We may change games, offers, or service features and may suspend access needed to protect users or the service. We will not remove purchased Credits without a purchase adjustment, refund, dispute, legal requirement, or response to abuse. Material term changes will be presented in advance where required.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to investigate fraud, payment abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and available review path.

You may stop using Play or request account deletion through Privacy & data. Deletion ends your account access but does not erase transaction records that must be retained for refunds, disputes, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal claims.

We work to keep Play and participating games available, but maintenance, provider failures, security events, or changes may interrupt access. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated here. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control.

Contact support first so we can investigate account, game, delivery, or purchase problems. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees and data-protection rights.

We may update these terms when the service, law, or providers change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice before a material change where required. Continued use after the change takes effect means the updated terms apply, subject to mandatory law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without removing any mandatory consumer protection or court rights available where you live. Contact support first to seek an informal resolution; you may also use any regulator, court, or dispute process available under applicable law.
